Ingredients
- •500g minced beef
- •2 cups all-purpose flour
- •1 onion, finely chopped
- •2 green chilies, minced
- •3 cloves garlic, minced
- •1 teaspoon cumin
- •1 teaspoon coriander powder
- •1/2 cup fresh coriander, chopped
- •Oil for deep frying
- •Salt to taste
Instructions

For the dough: Mix flour with a pinch of salt and 2 tbsp oil. Add water gradually to form a stiff dough. Rest for 30 minutes.

For the filling: Sauté onions until soft. Add garlic and chilies.

Add minced beef, cumin, coriander powder, and salt. Cook until meat is browned and dry.

Stir in fresh coriander. Let cool completely.

Divide dough into small balls. Roll each into an oval, cut in half.

Form each half into a cone, fill with meat mixture, and seal edges with water.

Deep fry in hot oil until golden brown and crispy.

Drain on paper towels and serve with tamarind chutney.
